Dear Mrs. Shah,

I am writing to inform you about discontinuing the evening language-classes for french.

As you know, I am a passionate learner of french; but, since I am not able to cope with job duties due to heavy work of financial-year ending, I decided to discontinue the same as of now. I did not expect these many projects, but my colleague suddenly resigned the post without prior notice, and the office has to work on new recruitment to balance the work. Unfortunately, this all created a chaos at my end, making my french learning difficult at this time. Moreover, my office-work is likely to subside in 3 months, giving me some time for learning at that time. Thus, I would appreciate if you consider me for next batch.

The only reason for my discontinuation is sudden work responsibilities that have come on my shoulders; otherwise, I admire the teachers and the institution, all being friendly and willing to co-operate. Additionally, I would request you to consider my case and let me know if I can be enrolled to new batch in next quarter. if this is not possible, I would request you to refund fees completely, as I just got a chance to attend a session for one day.

I hope you would give a thought on this and would favor me with suitable solution. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely,

XYZ
