I hope you are well and I'm eagerly interested in visiting you after so many years.
Unfortunately, on 27th of June, exactly at your arrival date and time, I have to attend a meeting at the office. My company is going to sign a contract with a British partner in London and I was part of the team who negotiate terms and conditions in the past, consequently I have to take part in the meeting and I cannot miss it.
I suggest you taking a taxi and go straight to my apartment. I will get the keys to my neighbor, just turn to number 10 and ask for Suzanne, she knows you and will give you the keys. I will see you in the evening around 10, until then you can take a hot shower and take a nap.
I hope you have a nice journey and waiting to see you.
