Educational institutions have a responsibility to dissuade students from pursuing fields of study in which they are unlikely to succeed.
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the claim. In developing and supporting your position, be sure to address the most compelling reasons and/or examples that could be used to challenge your position.

The topic prominently discusss about the field of study for a student. Education, it is one of the most important pillars of development. Thus Educational institutions have responsibility to guide students while choosing a field. A student can choose field either by his interest and chances of beign succeed or his interest and chances og of not beign succeed. Educational institutions should prepare students in such way that they should be able to succeed in the fields they have chosen.

If a student would have chosen a field in which he is unlikely to succeed then with the help of guidence and his own efforts he would be able to succeed in that. It is not possible that each student will get a field according to his interest and talent. Educational institutions should be able to create interests of students in that field instead of dissuading them from choosing that. Also educational institutions can guide a student to identify his field of interest and choose that.

Educational institutions should teach students, not to discourage by failures but keep trying, one day you will be successful.

However, if educational institutions took lead to discourage a student from choosing a field in which he is having little knowledge and talent, then it would be more discouraging for him. Student should get a chance to prove himself in such fields also in which he is unlikely to succeed. If a student went into a field which is elusive, but if he is ready to efforts and have interest then he could get success in that. But because of fear to fail, a student decide not to study in that field then it would be absurd. If you take efforts then anyone can do anything. For example, Einstine, his teachers had declared that he is not able to study and grasp anything. But he took efforts and left his remrak on whole world today.

Hence concluding instead og judging a student's abilities of able to do something and not able to something, educational institutions should encourage them to seek field.
