The line graph displayed gives information about the various types of criminal offences that had occurred in Panama City between 2010 and 2019. These areas of crime were Burglary, car theft and robbery.
It is noticeable that the number of burglary in the city was close to 3500 in 2010, following that of car theft (2800) and that of robbery (700). In the next five years, the number of cases for burglary dropped dramatically after a slight rise, down to only 1000 and ranked after the number of car theft. 2010 to 2015 saw decreases in the incidents of car theft and robbery, with 500 and 200 cases less respectively.
Between 2015 and 2019, the number of cases for all three types of crime had increased mildly. The incidents of car theft reached about 2800 cases in 2019 and had become the most common type of criminal offence during the period of time. The figures of incidents of burglary and robbery had kept relatively stable in the five-year time.
