The bar chart below shows the percentage of unemployed graduates aged 20 24 in one European country over a two year period

The bar chart explains the details of unemployed graduates at the age between 20–24 in european countries, in the months of January 2008 to December 2009.

The chart illustrate that, in August, September and October 2009, The highest percentage of males and females were unemployed, it was 22% and 14% respectively. Around 7% and 6% men and women were jobless in April to July 2008. After July 2008 unemployed males and females for increased to 16% and 12%.

Further more, according to the bar graph, unemployed males ratio almost same in January 2008 and July 2009, was around 10 to 11%. While at the same time unemployed females were 7% and 10%. At the starting year of 2009 to April the jobless male numbers were same, which was 13%. However, January 2009 to April 2009, women unemployment ratio was gradually decreased to 8.5% to 6%. After April 2009 that was sudden increased to 10%.

All in all it conclude that January 2008 to December 2009, females’ unemployment was lower than males’.
