The bar charts gives information about the factor affecting work performance surveys result in aged 18-30 and 45-60 conducted by a personnel department a company. The biggest influence for the age 18-30 and 45-60 were reported in chance for personal development and money respectively.
As it can be seen, the biggest factor affect the work performance for the age of 18-30 was chance for personal development, with around 90%. Followed by relaxed working environment and promotion prospects, with 80% . The next highest factor were money and team spirit, which about 70% and 60% respectively. Competent boss and job satisfaction had a same proportion, with a half of all people. Meanwhile, job security and respect colleagues were only two-fifths. The smallest factor affect was the work environment, which only roughly 30%.
According to the chart, the age 45-60 mostly affected by money, with spproximately 70% of people there. The second highest influence was the team spirit, with 60%. People who influenced by competent boss, promotion prospects, and job security had a same number, with 50%. Followed by chance for personal development, relaxed working environment, work environment, and job security, which 40%, 30%, 30%, and 20% succesively.
