Overall, the younger category is much affected by the opportunities for self development, comfortable working environment and performance appraisal. The Elder category is the less affected compared to the other group with having their concerns about the salary they receive.
The youthful community of the company seems to lag in the chances for life skill improvement with a majority of 90 persons having the same opinion. Around 80 persons have claimed that the facilities provided at the workplace,promotions and appraisal, salary have been the vital factors to affect their level of performance. They seem to least bother about few other factors like the respect from others,job security and the work environment.
The Elderly community primarily faces monetary issues with around 70 persons opinionating the same. The other criterias like Team spirit, competent boss, promotion aspects and job satisfaction have been the secondary concern with around 50 persons. The other factors are influencing both the youth and the elderly negligibly.
