The bar chart below shows the top ten countries for the production and consumtion of electricity in 2014

The bar chart illustrates how much electricity was produced and consumed in top ten countries around the world in 2014, and is measured in billion KWH
Overall, it can be seen that all countries produced the most amount of electricity than aconsumed except Germany and that China and the USA produced and consumed the most amount of electricity.
China and the USA produced the most amount of electricity which comprised of 5398 and 4099 respectively. While China used approximately all produced electricity, the USA used for 265 less than produced. Russia produced electricity more that Japan for about 120 KWH which accounted for 1057 and consumtion was at 1038 and 856 respectively.
The production of electricity in India constituted at 871 and consumtion accounted for 698.8. Canada consumed electricity less than produced for about 120. Brazil, France and Germany produced approximately 550 KWH each, while Germany used more more electricity than produced. The least amount of electricity produced Korea Rep. at 485.1 and the consumtion accounted for 449.5.
