The bar chart represents the reasons that impact productivity and efficiency at work. In all category, age group of people 40-60 years ahead than age group of people 25-35 years.

In first stage, considering age group 40-60 years major reason is tool and equipment in which 100 percent of worker impact because of this reason. The salary, work place condition, team work the three category where 80 percent of worker have impact because of this reason. The remaining category, fall under 40-50 percent.

In further stage, considering age group 25-35 years major reason salary in which 75 percent worker impact because of this reason. The reason of impact realistic goals, 60 percent of worker fall under this category. The supportive boss, job satisfaction and distraction where 50 percent of worker have impact because of this reason. The remaining category, fall under 20-40 percent.

In two category where both age group have equal percent of worker impact which is distraction is 50 percent and 40 percent for responsibility.

In conclusion, age group 40-60 years percent of worker have more impact than 25-35 years except for reason distraction and responsibility.
