The graph demonstrates ten nations which produce and consume the greatest amount of electricity in 2014. The striking feature is that the volume of production was higher than that of consumption in nearly all ten countries.
More specifically, the China’s figure is the highest, with 5,398 billion kWh for the production and 5,322 billion kWh for the consumption, followed by the United States which owned the second position supplied 4,099 billion kWh for the inhabitants who expended 3,866 billion kWh. Similar pattern was observed for Russia, Japan, India, Canada, France, Brazil and Korea, Rep but their amount was much lower by nearly a fifth of that of China with the volume brought up from 500 to approximately over 1000 billion kWh and the expenditure was almost all under 1000 billion kWh.
A nation that showed a dissimilar pattern was Germany, with 582,5 billion kWh of consumption which is slightly greater than the amount German made by 55,9 billion kWh.
