The bar charts illustrate the average house expenses in England and its capital city – London, and to present the comparison regarding the average house prices between distinct areas of England within the year 2013.

Given are the bar charts depicting comparisons of money spent on houses in separate regions in England in 2013 and the housing fee of London and England between 1995 and 2013.
It is perceptible that London dominated the first rank of funding money into houses, while those in North Earth was much more smaller. The average domestic expense in London was outweighted those in England.
To compare London with England, there are many enormous differences between the two years. Although London possessed the number of 200000 pound in domestic fee, England was more than a half of those, about 130000 pound in the first year. But 2013 was the remarkable milestone of the breakthrough in spending money in houses of London. The number of 430000 pound was recorded in the city’s capital, while England just increased for 70000 pound in this period.
The year 2013 witnessed the dominant of London in this field, comparing with other 5 cities, none of which had the impressive number like London. This number was double compared to North West and four times than North East. Although South East, the second rank in the total and spent about 310000 pound in domestic expense, it still much smaller than London.
