The chart below gives information about southland's main exports in 2000, 2019 and future predictions for 2025

The chart represents amount of Southland’s exports of International tourism, Dairy and meat products in three different periods namely 2000, 2019 and predictions of year 2025. The unit of measurement is billion pounds.

Overall, dairy products have the highest export income whereas the international tourism is predicted to reach the similar range in the year 2025. Conversely, the lowest export was predicted for meat products in future. Even though, the international tourism showed increasing trend among three periods, the meat products presented data in contrary way.

Firstly, the international tourism accounted for around 8 million pounds which increased to around 9 billion pounds in 2019 and is predicted to rise even more to 10 units in year 2025. On other hand meat products followed quite opposite trend, where 6 billion units in 2000 was observed, which was presently declined to around 5.5 billion pounds followed to be rather more decline in future (5 billions)

However, increasing trend can be observed in dairy products for two periods between 2000 and 2019 (around 7 and 10 respectively) but the future predictions showed slightest drop to around 8 units.
