Overall, the US contributed the most in supporting the world. Whilst the aids of most countries fluctuated in these years, Germany was only country with consistent increases.
In 2008, the US gave aid about $22 billion which was maximum among other five countries. Germany, the UK and Japan were around $10 and $12 billion. However, the Netherland and Sweden were below $10 billion.
In next year, three countries which increased their assistance were Germany, the netherland and sweden around $4 billion, $2 billion and $1 billion respectively.
By the end of period, the US remained the highest supporter of unwealthy nations by providing $25 billion's aid, approximately. Besides, Germany, the UK and Japan also maximised their help on minor scale by $1 billion, $2 billion and $1 billion each. In comparision with, other two countries who gradually dropped their support to $8 billion and $7 billion namely the Netherland and Sweden.
