The pie charts compares the proportions of sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar in four different meals that will cause some health issues if consumed too much.

It is noticebal that people comsume both sodium and saturated fat most in dinner and snacks contained the most added sugar. In addition, the percentages of breafast in all three nutrients are the smallest.

Breakfast seems have the least posibility to cause health problems with the fewest percentages among sodium, saturated fate, and added sugar, with 14%, 16%, and 16%, respectively. Dineer has the oppsite figure with the 43% of sodium and 37 % of saturated fat, while dinner doesn't contain too much added sugar, with 23%.

Lunch also contains more sodium and saturated fat than both breakfast and snacks, with 29% of sodium and 26% of saturated fat and only 19% of added sugar. The most ingredient in snacks is added sugar with 42%, snacks have the lowest rate in sodium as breakfast and a little more than saturated fat that contained in breafast, with 21%.
