These pie charts depict the proportions of nutrients that are comprised in USA people's typical meals. Overall, it is readily apparent that most Sodium and Saturated Fat are usually consumed in Dinner, while Added Sugar is usually contained in Snacks.

Sodium and Saturated Fat have similar proportions, where they are mostly contained in Dinner (43% for Sodium, and 37% for Saturated fat, respectively), and followed by Lunch (29% for Sodium, and 26% for Saturated fat, respectively). The rest of Sodium are found in Breakfast and Snacks with tied proportions, 14%, while Saturated Fat is then found in Snacks with 21% proportion and Breakfast with 16% proportion.

The last is Added Sugar, where it is often comprised in Snacks, with 42% proportion. It then followed by Dinner, with the proportion of more than a half of Snacks, 23%. After Dinner, Added Sugar is found in Lunch with 19% proportion. The least Added Sugar is contained in Breakfast, which has slightly different proportion from Lunch,16%.
