The chart illustrates the result of questions being asked by the customers about the hotel services in the Parkway hotel. 100 customers answered the questionnaire in the year of 2005 and 2010.
Overall, the rating is divided into 5 categories which are excellent, good, satisfactory, poor and very poor. In the year 2010, the hotel facilities were improved dramatically in comparison with 2005 services. Most people rated excellent and good in 2010 whereas in 2005, a huge amount of customers given satisfactory and poor ratings with a total of 61%.
Excellent and good rating have increased drastically from 5% to 28% and 14% to 39% respectively. However, the satisfactory, poor, and very poor reviews have decreased by 28%, 9%, and 11% respectively. Most people rated positively in the year 2010.
Moreover, in 2005, people rated satisfactory and poor which is occupied about 3/4 of the pie chart. Likewise, in 2010, the excellent and good ratings are covered above 60% of the pie chart. Only a few customers have given negative reviews in 2010.
