The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Park Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. the same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in 2005 and 2010.
The pie charts illustrate the percentages of 100 guests’ satisfaction when they were asked to complete a questionnaire about Park Hotel’s customer service in two years, 2005 and 2010.
It is clear from the graphs that a minority of customers claimed the hotel’s service was good in 2005. However, after 5 years, this figure overwhelmed the negative feedback.
Regarding the positive ratings, while there were only 5% of guests rated the hotel excellent in 2005, the share rose almost 4 times in 2010, with 28%. There was also an increase of 25% with good ratings (14% in 2005 compared with 39% in 2010). The largest number of visitors with 45% in 2005 just satisfied with the hotel, then fell to 17% in 2010.
Looking at the negative feedbacks, more than a third of guests dissatisfied with the hotel’s customer service in 2005. With the improvement of hotel’s quality, this figure decreased a half of that, accounted for 26% in total.
