The pie charts illustrate how students feel satisfied with the service of the library in a university.

Overall, both full-time and part-time students are extremely pleased with the current opening hours of the library. In contrast, only full-time students are happy with the IT service, and most the others do not have any satisfaction with that service.

The percentage of students who are very satisfied with the opening hours occupies a very large majority in both part-time and full-time students, 72% and 67% respectively. Meanwhile, the proportion of those who are quite happy with hours of library is about 23% in part-time students and nearly a third in full-time ones. Those students are not satisfied with the opening hours has a very small number, under 10% in both genres of students.

Students studying part-time not being pleased with the IT service have higher percentage than those studying full-time about 32%. In contrast, the percentage of students very pleased with the service is higher in full-time students, 55% compared to 20% in part-time students. The proportion of both part-time and full-time students quite happy with this service is around a third.
