The bricks manufacturing process initiate with digging of ground to supply clay for formation by aid of heavy machines called digger. Second step also machine supported which consist of rollers and metal grid to homogenize it and remove solid material. In third step water and sand mixed into clay to form paste, and to bring into shape special moulds utilized and wire cutter to create bricks of same size.
The next two steps are drying in multiple chambers, firstly bricks place in drying oven where it remain for 24-48 hours. Then transfer to three chamber kiln where temperature is different, initially burn at moderate temperature of 200-940 degree. After that in high temperature compartment where temperature is 840-1300C. After complete drying next proceeding is cooling, in its chamber, bricks stay in heating and cooling process for 24-48 hours. At the end when whole bunch of bricks manufacture packed and transport and deliver at building place.
