The chart illustrates different steps in recycling plastic bottles. There are nine main steps in the process, beginning with throwing the plastic bottles into the recycled trash can and ending with the new goods made from old plastic bottles.

The first step is collecting the used bottles from trash cans. There is a specialized car for this job. Subsequently, workers from the recycling center will classify all the bottles. The bottles which reach the standard can be sent to the next step, whereas the others are rejected. After the classification stage, all of the bottles will be compressed into many cubes in order to crush them easily, and then the debris of plastic bottles is going to be washed.

The process continues with the producing plastic pellets step. Workers put the plastic debris into a machine which can form a round shape of it. The next stage is heating the pellets until they melt and become raw material form. The raw material then are ready to produce products. The final step is the complete goods that are created by plastic bottles.
