Generally speaking, the trees are modified and converted into rough paper for boxes and refined paper for printing.
According to that, the trees after cutting down are made into varied shapes of logs and which further to chipping. Chipping and purchased chips are processed in the digester, and the clean pulp comes out from the digester it passes through a washer and undergoes for screening.
After a long process of cleaning the pulp, it differentiates by its particular usage. Meanwhile, it is converted to rough paper for boxes; firstly, the clean pulp is processed by the pulp former and gets dry after passing through a pulp dryer. Similarly, the process in printing at first undergo double cleaning of pulp by cleaners and move on to pulp dryers. In the rough paper boxes, the pulp goes to reeling circularly and finally becomes paper bales. However, the process is refined paper for printing is different; it undergoes double drying when it becomes paper after continuous pressing of pulp, and finally, the machine makes a roll of papers.
