The picture gives information about ingredients of a fish pie and the diagram highlights the process of production of fish pies (ya da fish pies which are produced).
Overall, it can be seen that the process by which fish pie is produced is a multistep, linear process which consists of 3 stages:delivery, preparing materials and making fish pies.
In the first stage, fresh salmons and potatoes are taken by delivery. Lemon juice and salt are added to fresh salmons and the first stage ends for it. The time which included delivery and preparing salmons for second stage is, quicker, 12 hours or less, whereas it is up to one month for potatoes.
In second stage stage, potatoes are cleaned, peeled and sliced before boiling. After boiling, they are chilled and stored. Salmons’ skin and bones are removed by employees before inspecting. Next, prepared peas and prepeared sauce are put on salmons and second stage ends.
In third and the final stage, prepared salmons and potatoes are wrapped and put in to a microwaveable container. Almost ready fish pies are carried by a line for freezing. After that step, fish pies are stored and dispatched to wait for be sold to new customers.
