The given diagram illustrates the outline of a wave-energy machine and its proper sites for settlement. On the whole, the structure of a wave-energy machine is established on the water. It comprises of two chambers and a electricity generator, which is connected outside the upper chamber.
The lower chamber situated benneath the water could allow the wave to access into it through the entrance. As the water levels change continuously, the turbine structured in the upper chamber would be prompted by the air flow, which is produced by the wave. Subsequently, the turbine rotates rapidly would elicit the electricity generator to generate the power.
In terms of the location of the establishment of machine, there are two possible location, namely high installation and low installation. High installation is situated most in the water, which has a higher output than the lower one, as it would absorb larger waves than that of low installation.
