The given pictures describe the differences in the layout for the same trade conference between 2009 and 2010.
Looking at the graphs, it is immediately obvious that the floor plan underwent a number of significant changes. Overall, to be specific, the modification of some facilities moved in tandem with the increase in the quantity of seating and display stands.
In 2009, the exhibition area was located in the lower right corner of the trade conference, next to the balcony. A year later, it was moved towards left where was the previous position of the conference hall and meeting rooms, with more display stands added. Furthermore, the initial exhibition area, at the same time, was repurposed for a new conference hall with five more lines of seating.
A refreshments area in the previous plan was marked near 2 entrances, while the registration stood adjacent to the balcony. In 2010, there was an interchange between these places, and a lounge area was provided in the balcony.
