To sum up, it is clear that, heating, water heating and other appliances were responsible for the largest proportions of energy consuming and greenhouse gas emission producing in australian household.

The first diagram provided shows the percentage of five activities in the australian household that consumed energy. The heating accounted for the most significant proportion of Australia household energy consuming which is more than two-fifths. Followed by water heating and refrigerator contributed for 30% and 15% each. The remaining energy consuming (refrigerator, lighting, and cooling) shared the small number of the proportion.

The second figure shown indicates the percentage of five activities in the australian household that produced greenhouse gas emission. water heating and other appliances shared the biggest percentage of greenhouse gas emission producing (32% and 28%). Furthermore, heating accounted less than a fifth and the three remaining activities (refrigeration, lighting and cooling) contributed the small proportion on australian greenhouse gas emission.
