The flowchart below explains how laundry is handled
The flow chart shows the detailed procedure of handling a laundry. There are 8 or 9 steps in order to fulfill this process and the number depends on the type of laundry.
In the first step, laundry is collected from suppliers and laundry prior to loading into laundry bags, towels and linen are separated. Then bags are delivered and embarked? by workers into the laundry machine and washing period requires 2 hours from start to finish so as to clean the laundry. After washing, water is drained from the laundry by pressing and the next stage is different for each type of laundry. In this phase, towels are dried completely whereas, linen only partially dried in the next stage. In the subsequent stage, half-wet linen is ironed. Finally, laundry including towels and linens are transported to the folding machine.
