The line graph depicts the world population from 1800 to 2100, while the bar graph presents the the number of people in cities of the first and third world countries between 2005 and 2030. Overall, there was an increasing trend of the global populace and urban dwellers from the developing regions throughout the study period.

In the initial year of the survey, the number of the world citizens was at a billion people. This number increased more that twice than the base value after 150 years. Since then, there was a rapid growth in the global population and it is projected to peak at 9 billion individuals by 2050. This is eight folds more than the first figure recorded. However, the global population it expected to decline to 7 billion by the end of study.

Meanwhile, in 2005 the urban areas of the developing countries had more than 2 billion inhabitants, and gradually elevated by roughly one billion people after a decade. Moreover, these cities population is projected to double to 4 billion residents by 2030. On the other hand, the metropolis of developed regions had an initial figure of approximately 1.25 billion people. Similarly, this remained the same until 2015 and is expected to stay constant until the end of the study.

To infer, the urban communities had low population density in developed countries, and it is not expected to change for the next 25 years.
