Turning to Italy and Portugal, these two countries rose roughly in the same proportion, but the starting figures were different – 4,2 for Italy and 1,7 for Portugal. The numbers for both countries were the highest in 2007, with approximately 7,8 metric tonnes for Italy and around 5,8 metric tonnes for Portugal.
