The graph below shows the consumption of fish and different kinds of meat in a European country between 1979 and 2004.

The line graph depicts the number of grams of fish and three kinds of meat consumed by a person in a week in a European country from 1979 to 2004.

As can be seen from the graph, the consumption of fish and three types of meat were fluctuated during the given period. It is also clear that fish was the least common type of food in that European country.

In 1979, beef had the largest consumption at 240g which was fourfold of the figure of fish while the data of chicken and lamb were hovered around 150g. The number of lambs digested in 1980 was replaced by the equivalent figure of chicken at 150g. There was a significant decrease in grams of lamb to 70g per person in weekly basis at the end of the graph.

The data of beef hit a peak at 240g per week only to drop dramatically to 120g a week while the figure of chicken witnessed a sharp climb to 250g per week and became the most favorite meat in 2004. Fish consumption reduced slightly from 70g to 40g per week per person during the time shown.
