The line chart elucidates fish and several different types of meat that consumed in an European country for 25 years period, from 1979 to 2004. Overall, the highest type of meat that consumed by European at the end of period was chicken. This was followed by beef, lamb, and fish.

In 1979, beef was the highest meat that consumed by an European country with almost 150 grams per individual per week. But, this did not last for long. The consumption of chicken has an abrupt rise and out taken the beef consumption in 1989. In addition to this, chicken reached its highest with 250 grams per person in one week and beef with its lowest point at over 100 grams per person in one week. Lamb which eaten by an European country decreased marginally to approximately 60 grams per person per week. This went as well as fish, which was fluctuated and fell slowly to less than half ounces per person each week.
