The bar graph illustrates the details of male and women of worker rates over 6 nations( Australia, Switzerland, Iceland, UK, Newzealand, and the USA) in 1995 and 2005.

Overall, it can be seen that both years male employe hold the highest rate compare to the female employee. In recent years, male employee in Iceland has the highest rate where the female employee in Switzerland holds the top rate among other countries.

On the one hand, in 1995 male employee rates for the Switzerland and Iceland are around 65% and almost 71% respectively, and female employee rates are 58% and 40% respectively while in 2005 employment rates in Switzerland(male and female had around 78% and 68% respectively)and Iceland (male had almost 82% and female had around 52%).

On the other hand, the male employment rates are increased from around 58% (1995) to 68% (2005) and female employment rates in Australia is rose to almost 39% (2005) from around 27%(1995). In 1995, Uk, Newzealand, and USA male employment rates are around 54%, 60% and 59% respectively where a female employee is around 50%, 24% and 47%while in 2005 male employment and female employment are rose.
