This chart illustrates the number of questionnaires received by tourism centers using different mediums(Person, letter/email, telephone) in a city from January to June in 2011.

In overall, personal reporting is a more popular medium to access information than others, but its use was minimal previously. Emails/ Letters reduces its effectiveness and is an uncommon method for achieving details.

Whereas accessing information through the telephone is most popular and about 900 queries are received in January 2011 but reduce its count by 100 next month. In March, improved its uses to 1000 and steady till April, at the end of June popularity ranked in second with 1600 questions.

Again, Post mail or web mail is ranked second common approaches in January, though constant reduction till march drops up to nearly 650 enquiries, for next two months rapid deduction makes query level less than 400. while it remains constant for next month, It is marked lowest popular approaches in the end.

Even personal communications are uninterested approach in January with a dominant count of just more than 400, but its popularity grows in rapid and become must prefer in the end with 1900 queries.
