The line graph gives information about how many enquiries was tourist information Office recieve from january to june in 2011.
It is clear that there were upward trends in the figures for enquiries recieved in person and by telephone, while the number of enquiries recieved by letter and email witnessed a downward trend. Overall, the figure for enquiries asked face to face recorded a significant change over the given period.
In january, the enquiries that was asked face to face was the most popular, with figure well over 800, compared to just under 800 enquiries sent by letter/ email and 400 enquiries asked by telephone. The figure for telephone decreased slightly by 100 in february but rised to 1000 in march. In addition, the figure for in person saw an increase of almost 200, whereas that for letter/ email declined moderately.
Over the next three months, the figure for person grown dramatically by almost 1100 and reached its peak at more over 1800 in june. Besides, the number of enquiries remained stable over the next month before rising to 1600 by june. By contrast, after a gradual decrease in the next two months, the figure for letter/ email stayed unchanged at below 400.
