the line graph compares acid rain emissions divided into 4 categories which is transport and communication, electricity and water supply, domestic also other industries in British from 1990 to 2007.
Overall, it is clearly to see that both experienced upward trend over the given period.
On the one hand, there was a dramatically decrease of 2 millions tonnes in electricity and water supply which led to a significantly fall to almost 0.5 millions tonnes from 1999 to 2007 whereas transport and communication increased steadily by nearly 0.5 millions tonnes but later leveled out moderately to almost 0.3 millions tonnes. It is easily to seen that electricity and water supply was deceased sharply in the figure while transport and communication witnessed a contrasting movement in the chart.
On the other hand, there was a similar downward trend in domestic also other industries over the given period. For instance, other industries dropped gradually from 2 millions tonnes to around 1.5 millions tonnes. In addition, domestic decreased steadily from 0.5 millions tonnes to almost 1 millions tonnes.
