The bar chart illustrates the rate of male and female academic staff members across the faculties of a major university in 2012. Overall, during 2012 frame, engineering department was a notable major to male, this trend being the highest figure, whilst, education was a major least male study in. In contrast, education extremely attracted with female, and engineering still rarely girls.

To begin with, we can see art was a department which was attended by a large of members, with female about nearly 60% and male about 44%. On the other hand, in business, the number of male learned at this major about 64% double compare with female.
