Contained in the first bar chart is data pertaining to the proportion of computer ownership in population from 2002 to 2010, while the second one demonstrated this figure by education level in 2002 and 2010.

Overall, the former bar chart represented an upward trend during the given period, and the latter one showed that the higher level of education people achieve, the higher rate of computer ownership is.

Regarding the first bar chart, one sees a pattern of increase. It is clear that the proportion of people owning computers rose gradually by around 5% every two years over the period, starting from approximately 55% in 2002 to about 75% in 2010.

Turning to the next chart, it is evident that the rates in 2010 exceeded the rates in 2002. In regards to the low and medium education levels, which were no high school diploma, high school diploma and college (incomplete), the rates in 2010 were 25% higher than the rate in 2002. Meanwhile, for the rest education levels, which were bachelor's degree and postgraduate qualification, the figures illustrated a variance of 15% between the rates in 2002 and those in 2010.
