The illustration shows information about how igloo is built from snow.

The given pictures depict how people use snow to create an igloo through 5 steps.

The process commences when hard-packed snow is cut by a saw to get is 3 (in) in width, 8 (in) in length, and 15 (in) in height. Then, large blocks are used at the base to form the igloo shape while the one that is slightly larger will be put on the top of the igloo.

In the next step, people use a saw to make the edges of the blocks smoother before placing them in a circle building upward. Simultaneously, the constructor also digs a hole under the igloo's wall to create an entrance. After finishing this step, those who build an igloo take advantage of a shovel's function to loose snow onto the igloo and pack the snow into all crevices. However, when smoothing the surface of the inside wall, people do it manually. Then, they shove out any extra snow through the entrance hole before covering it with snow blocks.

Overall, the whole process of building an igloo from snow is managed by humans with implements' support.
