The line graph below shows changes in the amount of fast food eaten by teenagers from Australia for 1975 to 2000

The line graph illustrates how teenagers in Australia chose three categories of fast food between 1975 and 2000. Overall, fish and chips witnessed a slight fluctuation before falling whereas pizza and hamburgers increased rapidly throughout the period.
Fish and Chips were eaten at 100 times by Australian teenagers in 1975, which was dramatically higher than the figures of consumption of both pizza and hamburgers in the same year. In the next few years, there was a slight drop in Fish and Chips purchase, which then rose back to nearly 100 times eaten in 1985. In contrast, more teenagers in Australia chose pizza and hamburgers, whose figures climbed considerably from 1975 to 1985.
From 1985 to 2000, a remarkable decline was seen in the number of times fish and chips eaten to just below 40 times in 2000. Conversely, pizza and hamburgers continued to increase from 1985 to 1995, at 100 times and approximately 85 times respectively. Since then, the figures of these types of fast food stabilized until 2000.
