The line graph below shows the consumption of 4 kinds of meat in European country from 1979 to 2004.

The line graph illustrates the consumed amount of four types of fish and meat (chicken, beef, lamb and fish) in grams by one European person in a week during 25-year period between 1979 and 2004.
Overall, fish was the least consumed kind of meat every year during the time period given. Moreover, the eaten amount of beef and lamb decreased, whereas chicken was the only type of meat which showed increase in grams consumed over the 25 years.
The amount of fish eaten by person each week accounted for 60 grams in 1979, decreased marginally to 50 grams in the following year and remained fixed, showing no significant change till the end of the period. On the other hand, approximately 140 grams of chicken were consumed in the first year which fluctuated but overall increased to 250 grams in the last year, becoming by far the most consumed type of meat.
In regard to lamb and beef, the consumption began at 150 grams and just over 200 grams, respectively, with beef being the most consumed meat in the beginning of the period. The amount eaten fluctuated and gradually decreased for beef, hitting the low of 100 grams in about 2000. Likewise, lamb consumption dropped to a low of approximately 50 grams in the last years.
