The Given first circular chart reveals the information about less production of agricultural land by explaining some main reasons for it, and the second tabular graph depicts that how three regions: North America, Europe, Oceania, gets affected by infertile land during the year of 1990. It is a clear and coherent representation.

It can be seen that, worldwide land was affected by four main activities: over-cultivation, over-grazing, Deforestation, or by some other reasons. Following This, overgrazing was among the big cause of infertility of land. About 35%, 30% of the world's total land had been affected by overgrazing, Deforestation, respectively.
Further more, land degraded by four causes had a great impact on three region: North America, Europe, Oceania. The total land of Oceania which was degraded during the year of 1990 was 13% of the total. Moreover, 23% of the total land of Europe was degraded by some causes in the same year.

Overall, it is evident that the major cause of degradation of land was overgrazing, and at the same time europe is the region in which land degradation was more than in other regions.
