Given two plans illustrate the present University Sports Center layout in the first plan and the proposed improvements in the second plan.

Overall, the entrance, reception and the 25m pool in the center stays the same, following the seating to the right of the pool and changing room to the left of the pool. The gym will be extended to the east and it will double the space. Apart from that, two new dance studios will build to the far east corner, following a second changing room and a café next to it in south east corner. Also, new sports hall will be taking over the space of the outdoor courts in east side next to the seating. To the west side of the layout current space occupied by the outdoor courts will be demolished and there will be a Leisure pool instead. Furthermore, In the south west corner, there will be the third changing room and a sports shop next to it.
