The second point is that all of the seats have been moved to the central part of the park, and around the rose garden that has sprung up after destroying the fountain. It is worth noting that stages of musicians west of the fountain is replaced by an amphitheater for concerts, and the glasshouse is replaced by a water feature in the south-west of the park. Finally, the rose garden of west entrance from the Arnold avenue has been saved in contrast with the rose garden of west Eldon street entrance, and also the underground entrance for car park has appeared in the south-east of the park.
