Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?

Nowadays, the world has divided into two general section: rich and poor. This is a matter of thought that if the responsibility of providing basic needs of each country lies on the government or rich countries should take part and help them. I think every country should strive to be financially powerful in order to satisfy its citizen’s need. Investigating the contribution of financial policies and national unity on the government shows this.
Financial policies of every country affects the government to have more budget and allocating this budget should be done with wise and considering the situation. For example, every country has natural resources like oil or even touristic monuments which can bring money to the country. The money brought by this should be carefully managed to meet people’s need.
We can not blame the government in all aspect. If the nation have union spirit, they can improve their condition. For instance, every employee works harder and do not cut the corners. It can enhance the efficiency and in result the country can reach the acme of success.
All in all, the responsibility of improving a country falls on its own people and the government. We can not expect other countries which has tried hard to improve help us and share their wealth with others. All we can do is to take them as an role. It is plausible to expect wealthy countries to share their experiences with us and help us with showing the way not walking with us in that way.
