Change is a necessity that can never be avoided. There are people who believe in doing the same things all their life and hold a belief that they will get perfect in that. Others, on the other hand think the opposite.
Some people believe that by repeating the same thing, a perfectionist is created. For example, if a person practices the same thing, he will be so good at that job that he would not worry about other things. The people with this thought however, would want to avoid any changes in life. Another example is of a surgeon. The surgeon gets better in his professional by doing the same thing over and over again. It is his years of experience that not only him but all the other people around trust in.
In contrast, a great amount of people I believe, would oppose the idea of not changing with time. Today’s world is ever changing and those who cannot keep track with the changes can neither survive the competition nor will thrive in life.A well known example is of our generation and a generation before us. The technology has advanced so much now and the older generations have not been able to keep up with it. Due to the fact that the younger generations have accepted the changes and molded over with time and have indeed taken over the the workplace with better salaries than those who has had years of experience.
In a nutshell, as should be clear from the arguments above, change is inevitable and those who can embrace it will benefit from it while the rest who do not will suffer greatly.
