The table provided depicts the food consumption of each person per week in a European nation over a period of 20 years from 1992 to 2012.
Overall, it is evident that the consumption of meat per a person weekly in a European country from 1992 to 2012 witnessed a plummet while the remaining kinds of food showed a surge, and the figure for vegetables always ranked in the first whereas the opposite was true of cheese.
As can be seen from the table given, the consumption of vegetables of each person per week in 1992 was the largest, with about 2140 grams, which was higher compared to that of meat and wheat, with almost 1148 grams and 837 grams, respectively. Merely 532 grams of bean were consumed per a person weekly, which was 4 times lower than that of vegetables, and the figure for cheese standed in the last position, with approximately 113 grams. There was a leap of the figure for all types of food between 1992 and 2002.
As far as the table is concerned, the consumption of vegetables, wheat and bean of each person per week from 2002 to 2012 gradually bounced to about 2220 grams, 977 grams and 590 grams, respectively. Nevertheless, the figure for meat crashed to almost 1132 grams while that of cheese reached a plateau at 125 grams.
