The table below shows the amount of waste production in millions of tonnes in six different countries over a twenty year period

The table describes the number of waste which was produced in six different countries in the period from 1980 to 2000.

Generally, the majority of these countries had the tendency that the amount of waste increased year by year while two of them which were Singapore and Korea had less waste production than the other in the same period.

Firstly, recording as the highest trash production, the US produced 131 million tons of trashes in 1980 and rose regularly over 190 million tons in 2000. Following that, Japan was ranked second in wasting garbage with 28 million tons of trash at the beginning and rose to 32 and 53 million tons in 1990 and 2000, correspondingly. Poland was in the same trend that grew from 4 to 6.6 million tons of garbage in the whole period. The waste production in Ireland, following by 5 million tons in 2000, was the non-wasting production country in 1990.

Secondly, Singapore and Korea were the friendly-environmental countries. However, in 1990, they started to have a slight amount of waste products which was 25 and 31 million tons, respectively. It is clear that trash production was declined to 17 million in Singapore and 19 million in Korea.
