The table depicts the data of seven different countries individual's savings from personal income in the form of percentage in 1970, 1990 and 2000.
Italy has highest savings compared to all others in 1970 and 1990 which was 29.5% and 17.6%. however, it reduces to 11.4% in 2000 and at the same year France and Japan shows at the top in savings by 13.6%. Germany's expense shows consistent in 1970 and 1990 about 13.8% then slight decrease by 2% in a next decade. While France, UK and Japan follow same tendency to expend more in the 2 decade after 1970 and less in the next decade.
Canada and USA were last in the savings list of countries. Canada was twice at the end in saving in 1970 and 2000 by saving just 5.6% and 1.9% respectively the same scenario of USA was in 1990 by 5.5%.
To conclude, it can be seen from the information that people of Italy saves more and expend less which was followed by France, Germany and Japan whilst Canada and USA were completely opposite of them.
