For choosing technical and managerial staff, more employers in the field of building were found to face up to this challenge (14%), compared to a stark contrast of just 2% in the commerce field.
By 2004, it is noticeable that manufacturing had taken on the top position regarding the challenge of hiring skilled people (51%), while services and building had taken this place in finding unskilled and technical and managerial ones respectively. Also noteworthy is the fact that those issues tend to be less severe for job providers in the commerce sector, especially finding technical and managerial staff, with 0% recorded.
