The three pie charts below show the changes in annual spending by a particular UK school in 1981, 1991 and 2001. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie charts shown below, depict the proportion of disparate expenses in a particular school in the UK in three different years with ten years apart from each other. The costs constituting of teachers and staff's salaries, insurance and physical resources and equipment seem to be commensurate during 1981 to 2001.

As obviously seen from charts, teachers' salaries dedicated mainly large portion among other factors with almost half of school's costs. This school had devoted 40% of its cost in 1981 to wage payments for teachers and increased it to half of its expenses but reduced it again to 45%; the same procedure of dedicating expenses that we can witness in costs of resources such as books with 15% and 20% in 1981 and 1991 respectively and a drastic reduction in 2001 by 11%.

On the contrary, the school authorities had decided to assign 13% of their budget on furniture while it dwindled to 5% dramatically and ten years later it burst to 23% abruptly. On the other hand we observe a steady change in staff's income and insurance with constant increase in insurance from 2% to 8% and a steady reduction rate in staff's wages from 28% , 22% and eventually 15% at the end of 2001.

In conclusion, despite all the altering proportion among diverse factors, at one glance, it seems that thee aggregate proportion of these factors remained stable over the period with maximum portion for teachers' salaries.
