The three given pie charts illustrates the expenses of a specific school in the UK between 1981 and 2001.

Overall, the school spent most of its budget for teachers’ salaries while staff insurance only cost a small proportion.

To begin with, within the given period, the percentage of school spending for teachers’ salaries was recorded at around 45%, followed by the figure for insurance as it was reported to witnessed a noticeable increase of about 5%. Furthermore, despite a considerable drop of 10% in the first decade, the proportion of expenditure for school facilities, including furniture and equipment, rose and reached a high point at 23% in 2001.

Turning to the other set of data, reading materials occupied just 15% of the total spending in this school initially. Although 10 years later, this category was invested with more budget as its percentage incline slightly, at the end, only 9% of the school spending was recorded for resources. Additionally, the salaries for other staff members at the school experienced a slight decrease of just over 10% in 2 decades.
